🏕️ Camping Rules – Royal Bath & West Showground

Welcome to the Royal Bath & West Showground!
We hope you enjoy your stay and have a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience.

To help ensure the campsite runs smoothly for everyone, please take a moment to read and follow the rules below:

General Rules

• Camping is only permitted within designated camping areas. Please follow the guidance of event staff when setting up your pitch.

• Parking is only allowed in the specified camping areas — vehicles must not be parked elsewhere on the Showground.

• No open fires or fire pits are permitted anywhere on site. Barbecues are allowed but must be raised off the ground and used safely and responsibly.

Noise & Respect

• Please keep noise to a minimum after 12:00 midnight. Be considerate of fellow campers and nearby residents.

• Treat all attendees, staff, and volunteers with respect — we’re all here to enjoy the festival together!

Cleanliness & Facilities

• Dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided around the site. Help us keep the area clean and tidy.

• Waste water must be emptied only at the designated Elsan points.

• Shower and toilet blocks are available across the site — please leave them clean for the next person.

Safety & Security

• Keep valuables secure at all times. The Showground accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

• In case of emergency, contact event staff or a member of the security team immediately.
